Before getting any type of abortion, you will need to know for sure that you’re actually pregnant and how far along you are. At Pregnancy Resource Center we offer free laboratory-quality pregnancy tests that are more accurate than many over-the-counter varieties.
You May Not Need An Abortion
Up to 25% of all early pregnancies end in natural miscarriage. If you have a positive test at Pregnancy Resource Center you may qualify/be referred for a free limited ultrasound to determine the status, estimated age and viability of your pregnancy.
